Meet the team!
Our team is comprised of musicians, songwriters, producers and vocalists. Each person has years of proffessional experience within their specialist fields. Together they are are able to combine their knowledge and help share their expertise with audiences spanning all ages and musical interests. All of our tutors are CRB checked and have been trained in Safeguarding Children. We are members of the Musicians Union and any equipment we use is fully PAT tested.
Ozz Leach-Pikal
...is a producer, singer/songwriter, performer and educator. From a young age he dreamed of being in a boy band and after learning to play guitar he went on to explore a diverse range of musics.
Hard Rock to Hip-Hop, you name it Ozz has done it, but he is most at home in the world of urban music, with a particular focus on lyrics, harmonies and the groove.

Ian Morcher
...is a singer/songwriter, performer and educator.
Primarily a guitarist, he also turns his hand to clarinet, saxophone, vocals, drums and keys, and continues to be thrilled by music making, no matter what instrument, and no matter the style of music.
A great fan of Hip-Hop, Soul and Jazz, he is happiest when on stage or in the studio.

Shasha Daoud
...is a producer, singer/songwriter,and performer. Shasha grew up listening to 80s hip hop and writing poetry.
As an adult she taught herself to play guitar and turned her lyricism to songwriting and performance.
Her vocal repertoire ranges from Mary Poppins to Sade and she is most at home producing original tracks in the studio.

Andy Baddaley
...is a producer, pianist, DJ and writer. He was co-director and producer on the respected D&B imprint Odysee as well as a founding partner of Deep House label Artizan Music.
His DJ skills and his work with Poetiquette have seen him play at venues nationwide.
As an educator Andy has a passion for soul, jazz and electronic styles, and a whole lot of experience.
